Shipping Policy:
J&M Printing guarantees that all Generic Log Set orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of receiving an order.
Please allow up to 3 weeks for all orders to be delivered.
Back Orders:
In the rare case that a product is on back order, you will be notified and given the option of cancelling
the order or waiting for shipment.
Shipping your order:
All of the items purchased on Truckinglogs website are shipped by Standard Ground via UPS, unless otherwise specified. Please make sure to check that you have properly entered your shipping details during the checkout process. All orders are shipped with a delivery confirmation number. You will receive an email with the number after your item has shipped. For consumer protection, orders are shipped to confirmed or billing addresses only. No PO boxes are allowed and your shipping is calculated at the time of purchased based on box size and weight.
Estimated Sales Tax:
Seller charges sales tax for items shipped to: ND (7%).
- We ship all products to all 50 states. No shipping outside the US. Allow 2-3 days extra for Alaska and Hawaii.
- If you accidentally make a purchase outside of these guidelines, you payment will be refunded.
- Merchandise will normally arrive in 7 business days after the order is received. But additional time is not unusual Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
- Certain restrictions and limitations do apply - ask if your order falls under any of these restrictions.
